Everything filed during the month lands as a single report with a number on it: the photographs, the forwarded invoices, and the entries that were never printed on anything. Kilometres and charging sessions fold into one cover line each rather than sprawling over forty rows.

Not every expense is paper. Email a PDF invoice to your Bonnie address and it is read, filed and dated without anyone opening the app, straight onto the month it belongs to.
Anything arriving from an address Bonnie does not recognise is held rather than guessed at. It waits in an inbox until somebody claims it, because filing an expense against the wrong person is worse than not filing it yet.
